Just hours before the Club World Cup semifinal match between PSG and Real Madrid, this European duel has been a talking point in recent days.

On the eve of the encounter, the Parisians present before the press answered, among other things, questions about the reunion between Kylian Mbappé and his former team.

When asked about it, PSG's number 7, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, didn't want to focus on just one Real Madrid player, according to statements collected by L'Equipe:

"They don't have just one player. They are a great team, we must respect all their footballers. We're focusing on our own game. Do I prefer Mbappé to start or be on the bench? That's a difficult question. Mbappé is one of the best players at the moment (...) We're ready to face anyone, no matter the opponent."

Speaking to DAZN microphones, the Georgian international spoke in more detail about this duel against Real Madrid.

    The match against Real Madrid

"Yes, it will be a great match. We feel good, we'll be ready for tomorrow. We're preparing very seriously. Tomorrow we'll have to defeat Real Madrid."

Any fatigue after this long season?

"Maybe we're a little fatigued, but we have lots of adrenaline. We want to win this tournament, that's why we're here. We still have energy and we're going to try to win."

What's this team's secret for having so much energy?

"We're happy to be together, we love playing as a team. We enjoy sharing both on and off the pitch. We're like a family, we love spending time together."

Do you feel unbeatable on the field?

"No one is invincible, but we want to win every match. Our goal is to defeat all our rivals, that's why we give everything on the pitch."

Is there talk about the Mbappé reunion in the locker room?

"He's one of the best players in the world, so we respect him. He's a great footballer and a great person, but now he's our opponent. We respect everyone, but we'll fight and try to win."
