After a great season at Eintracht Frankfurt, Hugo Ekitike is about to join Liverpool. A surprising transfer that will bring big profits to PSG.
After the sales of Randal Kolo Muani and Omar Marmoush, Eintracht Frankfurt is about to make another major sale in just two years.
Bought from PSG a year ago, Hugo Ekitike (23) has had a great season with the German team (22 goals and 12 assists in 48 games) and will take a new step in his career.
Indeed, as reported by Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool and Eintracht Frankfurt are close to reaching an agreement for the transfer of the French U-23 striker for a sum of 90M€.
An operation that will also benefit PSG. When the former Reims player was sold to Germany, the Parisian management negotiated a 20% profit share on a future resale. Therefore, the European champions will receive slightly more than 15M€ from this sale.
